Are u getting bore of your life, with the as usual regular routine? Getting up, preparing breakfast, serving others, running to the office, working like hell over there, taking your lunch in a hurry (without enjoying its taste) after a tired, full-day returning back to home, taking a shower, making snacks or dinner, watching a drama, show or news and then fall back to sleep. It's a routine that mostly all of us follow. Obviously, we will all get bore. It sounds like the life of a machine, isn't it? Ask yourself, would you like to quit this monotonous routine and move to an extraordinary one? And is this possible, yes it is. It just depends on your mind how positive and eager u are towards this motive. You have to adopt some habits to move into an enjoyable life.
 

  • GET UP EARLIER THAN USUAL.

Get up early and smile and giggle on yourself. Do some yoga and then take a 5 minutes short walk out of your house. Enjoy and praise beauty. Take a deep breath in the fresh air and imagine that you are present in a beautiful world. Then move back to your home.
 

  • MAKE A TO-DO LIST.

Make a to-do list, what you will go to do. Add some work which you normally not do.
 

  • FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

Take a shower and your breakfast. Get dressed exquisitely and move towards your office. During traveling, enjoy some songs and notice the person around you, what they are doing, how they are talking, smiling, laughing, etc.
 

  • ENJOY YOUR WORK.

After entering your office, greet your colleagues warmly and move to your table/cabin. Sit over there, feel good about your work, and think that you are benefiting your organization. In this way, you will start taking an interest in your work, and you will automatically provide a good result.
 

  • ENJOY YOUR LUNCH.

Enjoy the taste of your lunch and share it with your colleagues. Sometimes try to prepare your lunch yourself. In this way, your colleagues will also praise you.
 

  • CHIT CHAT WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES

Take a short time to have a chit chat with your colleagues, listen to them, and help them in context u can. You will feel good from inside in doing this.
 

  • DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT

After returning to your home, take a small nap, wake up, try to do something, like do some gardening, watch a movie, hang up with your friends, invite them to your house, and cook something delicious. Change the setting of your furniture. Try any of this on each day.
 

  • GOING TO BED AT NIGHT

After lying on your bed, think about all the activities you have done the whole day, pick out the moments in which you have felt right, or which you have enjoyed the best. Think about the problems you met and then imagine or make scenarios or plans how u will tackle it. I hope that after following these habits your life will definitely become good, the most obvious is to take the things positive if you start thinking and positively dealing with everything then good things will happen with you in the end.
